Exercise Balance Pad – Extra Large

Further your strength and balance work with ProsourceFit's Large Exercise Balance Pad. Just like its smaller version, the large balance pad creates a great destabilization surface and provides a more challenging balance training experience. Now you can perform a larger variety of exercises to take your workouts to the next level! Use for yoga, Pilates, physical therapy or improvements in athletic performance and stability exercises. The soft foam surface consistently challenges the body for balance maintenance and joint stabilization while activating feet and ankle muscles.
Whatever fitness level or age, the large ProsourceFit Exercise Balance Pad is great for improving the fundamentals of health and well-being. With a larger surface area, you can perform a larger variety of exercises and variations to make training more challenging and fun while improving stability and core strength for better athletic performance, injury prevention, and balance enhancement. The destabilization surface is a great addition to your training while strengthening often forgotten foot and ankle muscles. The 15x19-inch flexible foam mat is 2-inch thick, making it the perfect companion for exercises that boost strength, endurance, and balance. Try single-leg balances, lunges, step-ups, push-ups, planks and standing yoga poses on the lightly textured, slip-resistant cushioned mat to spice up your workouts or for safe rehabilitation and prevention exercises. This versatile balance pad can also be used for core work and as a cushion for knees. Made of TPE, the large ProsourceFit Exercise Pad is easy to clean and won’t absorb sweat to keep odors away. It's also lightweight and can be packed in a suitcase or carried with you to work so you can work on your well-being anywhere anytime.
